I was about to explode from being in the house so much.
So we exited.
Sunset crater in Flagstaff
Elijah getting some lip action:
JJ. For some reason he smelled a lot of the trees.
The hill in the background is a volcano that erupted about 1000 years ago.
One of the signs here referenced one of my favorite things we did in Mexico:
rode horses into a very similar volcano site: Paricutin.
The kids debated David's pronunciation of "crevasse" (his rendition rhymes with "boss").
And when public bathrooms aren't open, the little one learns to pooper scoop for herself.
Said child has been developing a few dreadlocks.
David let 3 of the 4 kids drive. Iris was the only one who declined.
Another notable event: David bought what he deemed a "hipster" drink. After he had about half of the Kombucha, I read the ingredients: green tea, black tea, AND alcohol.
Maybe that's why he wanted the kids to drive.
Even though things are slowly opening back up, there was still al to closed.
We wanted to go see Grand Falls which looks like a huge (huger than Niagra) waterfall. It looks like a chocolate waterfall bc of all of the dirt in the water. Of course it was closed.
This is is standing in front of Arcosanti, another closed place we were hoping to go.
